In 2023, Joy began tattooing while pursuing her master’s degree in nursing, turning a lifelong appreciation for art and creativity into a craft of her own.
Her work began with anime tattoos, inspired by the nostalgia of her childhood and the stories that stayed with her over the years. As she continued to grow as an artist, Joy expanded beyond one style, discovering the beauty in creating work that is as individual as the person wearing it.
